By testing earlier and more frequently, we have improved our ability to address any identified issues proactively. This has resulted in a 20% decrease in tickets submitted to our development team. Moreover, we’ve significantly improved our end-to-end certification process, ensuring that every feature is thoroughly vetted before it reaches you.
