Who can submit a referral?

The program is open to U.S.-based individuals and companies: BigTime customers, and anyone else who knows a professional services firm that would be a good fit. BigTime employees, contractors, and contingent workers can't participate, and neither can partners who already have a separate referral or reseller agreement with us. You also can't refer a company you own, control, or work for, including as a contractor or consultant. Government employees and officials can't receive referral payments.

Which firms qualify?

The firm needs to be new to us: no open opportunity in our pipeline and no contact with our sales or customer success teams in the 180 days before you submit the form. To qualify for a reward, their first order needs to cover at least five licenses on a subscription of at least one year. Government entities and government-owned or government-controlled companies don't qualify.

How much do I earn, and when do I get paid?

Rewards range from $500 to $7,500, depending on the number of licenses in the firm's first order; the full tier table is in the Program Terms & Conditions. You earn the reward once the firm signs and their first invoice is paid. We target payment within 45 days of confirming a qualifying purchase, once your tax documentation is in place. The reward is flexible, with a few payout options, so we can match it to what works for you and your company's policies. If your professional rules limit cash referral fees (CPAs, for example), check what you can accept before referring.

How long does my referral stay valid?

180 days from the day you submit the form. If the firm joins BigTime within that window, your referral stays eligible.

How long does the free month offer run?

The offer covers referrals submitted from October 22 through November 26, 2026. The usual 180-day window still applies, so the firm can join after November 26 and still get the free month, as long as your referral was submitted in time. Your reward of up to $7,500 stays in place after November 26.

What if the firm is already talking to BigTime?

We check every submission against our records; the rules from "Which firms qualify?" apply. If you're not sure, submit anyway; there's no penalty for trying.

Can I refer more than one firm?

Yes. You can refer as many firms as you like, and each qualifying referral earns its own reward. Just note that only one referral per company counts: if two people refer the same firm, the earliest valid submission wins.

What does the firm I refer get out of it?

A free month of BigTime, for referrals submitted by November 26, 2026. They also get an introduction on their terms: your contact books a demo at a time that works for them, and our team shows them how firms like theirs run on BigTime, a PSA platform built for professional services. If they join on a contract of at least 12 months, the free month is written into their agreement.
