This month, we’re excited to spotlight Ashley Quisol, who acts as our Corporate Development Lead! Ashley has played a crucial role in our recent acquisition of WorkRails, a CPQ company that has joined the BigTime team.

What does your role entail?
I lead Corporate Development at BigTime which essentially means identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. Specifically, I support our “+More” product extension strategy through add-on acquisitions and am working to build out our partnership ecosystem with third-parties like Versori.Â
What is the best advice you have for someone just starting out in their career?
You don’t need to check every box or meet every qualification to raise your hand for an opportunity – don’t hesitate to stretch and challenge yourself.
Can you share some challenges you face in your role?
There are often many internal and external stakeholders involved in my projects, so it’s important to consistently communicate to make sure we stay coordinated and on track.
What is something unique about BigTime that sets it apart from other companies?
Everyone is genuinely kind and has a great sense of humorÂ
What achievement are you most proud of, both at work and personally?
I’m really proud of the acquisition of WorkRails: it’s an incredible team, both from a talent and culture perspective and I believe the product will address key pain points of our customers.
Can you tell me a little bit about your life outside of the office?
Outside of work, I’m usually hanging out with my two dogs, renovating our old-but-new-to-us home with my wife, or checking out Chicago’s amazing restaurant scene with friends.
