Projector Is Now BigTime Enterprise PSA: How We’re Aligning Our Platform

Today, we’re officially announcing something many of you may have already noticed: 

Projector PSA has been renamed BigTime Enterprise PSA.

If you haven’t already, you will soon see the new name reflected across our website, communications, and inside the platform. 

Why Are We Renaming Projector PSA?

When BigTime and Projector PSA joined forces, we set out to build the most robust, flexible Professional Services Automation solution for large services organizations operating today. This rebranding is the clear next step in that journey.

By bringing Projector fully into the BigTime family, we are calling it what it is: a core piece of our platform. Updating the name is just one part of this project. Behind the scenes, we’re investing heavily in Enterprise PSA capabilities, refreshing our communications, and focusing our product roadmap around the most impactful solutions for multi-location and multi-currency firms. 

You’ll feel these investments in a few ways. In addition to bolstering our roadmap, we’re also strengthening the connection between Enterprise PSA and BigTime Services CPQ, our integrated sale enablement platform for large firms. 

What’s Staying the Same

BigTime Enterprise PSA (formerly Projector) is getting a refreshed name, but all its functionality is staying intact. 

Our Enterprise PSA platform continues to serve large, complex professional services organizations with advanced resource planning, multi-entity financial management, and enterprise-grade configurability. 

No changes are being made to your support team, data, contract, or configurations. Your workflows and integrations will continue without interruption. 

What to Expect

While we’re excited to complete this rebrand, updating all of our materials will take some time. Over the coming months, you may see “Projector” in some places and “BigTime Enterprise PSA” in others. We appreciate your patience as we complete the rollout. 

We are honored to know how many firms have trusted Projector PSA while scaling across regions and industries. We remain committed to strengthening your experience, evolving our Enterprise PSA platform, and elevating the capabilities that help Projector users succeed.

Is my pricing changing?

No, nothing about your contract or pricing is affected.

I noticed the name “Projector PSA” still in use somewhere. Should I let the BigTime team know?

We appreciate you wanting to help with the transition. We are aware that renaming is a gradual process and that it will take us some time to update every page on our website and platform. No need to report it right now. Rest assured, we’re working on it!
